#7 Reflection

“Reflect upon your present blessings -- of which every man has many -- not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some.”
― Charles DickensA Christmas Carol and Other Christmas Writings

When you look into the mirror or on the water, have you ever question the reflections that you saw there?
Who is that? Is that you? The real you? What is the real you?
Some people only come up with lots of criticism of the who they saw I the reflection.
Some people only think of 'how good and gorgeous and wonderful' .
To me it should be a little bit of both. Too much criticism will demotivate and depress you.
And thinking only the good of you makes you arrogant and self-absorb.
So balance of both is nice, isn't it?
