#17 Clear Water

Taken at Mamutik Island in Kota Kinabalu(KK) somewhere in February. I was there with a friend of mine. This was my first time in Borneo. Island hopping is one of the must do in KK. So of course a must for me too. Mostly, the packages include 3 island but we wanted to have a very leisure time and not to rushing. therefore we chose only 2 islands., Mamutik and Mamauk. Very good experience. I wished I had underwater camera because the coral and fishes very beautiful.

Will include more photo later. My laptop not very behave lately.

#16 With Character

This was a shot when I was in Kuching. In Orchid Garden and yes, those were orchid roots plus with not sure what plant's root. My guess, those especially at the pot were parasites.
Does it matter?
Not for me. The different kind and origin of the roots somehow giving different sorts of character to the photo. Don't you think.

#15 A Scene In Tokyo

Have you seen this before? A creative way of moving your kindergardeners from one place to another for the next activity of the day. No hassle. No screaming. And most importantly no lost or stray kid. This was a scene I saw in Tokyo. Not a uncommon scene here. I heard this scene also common in UK. Is it?

I've never been in kindergarden. I was from rural area where kindergarden was a form of privilege and not a must until like 6-7 years ago. I didn't know kindergarden's rhyme until I was in secondary school which was too late. My formal teaching started when I was 7. Nowadays kids start going to school as young as 4 years-old. How different the generations.

#14 Mt Fuji, Japan

This was taken during recent visit to Japan. Lucky for me, the sun decided to come out from her hide, even though shyly, giving me a clear view of the great Fuji-san. I was so amazed by the beauty. I stood there and stared for I didn't know how long. Ignoring the crowd surrounding me.

Fuji-san sort of giving me the affirmation that I really AM at the Rising Sun country. Not a dream that will disappear once wake up. This is a must visit place and highly recommend to be in everyone itinerary if you plan to visit Japan.

The air was so fresh. A bit chilly of considering the height and  winter just passed. You still see the snow at some places. Not very crowded yet since we reached quite early. But when we were about to leave, more buses coming in. Lucky for us, didn't have to fight for good view.

The visit was so short because we reached there later than plan and we have to go to next plan.

I made a promise before we leave. One day I will come again and climb to the highest peak. Wait for me, Fuji-san.

*Note: I am supposed to post about day 1. But I was excited about Mt Fuji. So decided to post this first.
